Other Skills

I have a broad and large collection of music, Records and MP3’s, and often find myself DJ’ing particularly for arts events, eg – The Famous Speigletent, during the International Melb’Arts Festival. Also programming music to suit events. I travel with my music.

I include this to show I am comfortable roughing it and living and working on the road. I have visited all continents, (except Antarctica),  independently navigating lengthy journeys, organising travel and visas on the road, with my recording and film gear.
Much of my international work has been on music projects throughout Melanesia (Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, New Caledonia and New Zealand).
other journeys,
Melbourne to Galway overland. (flew Bangkok to Calcutta).

Seoul to Vienna overland in two weeks, without any VISA’s or transport booked, in between Circus Oz gigs.

I have also undertaken several lengthy treks, and have bush skills through my time as a scout/venturer.

Undertaken 4 Wheel drive, off road drivers course, and 1,000’s of Km’s throughout Central Australia.

My love for cooking has seen my bringing this skill, to numerous projects, often preparing complex meals for groups whilst maintaing a recording schedule. (i love it, good food and music).
